Nathan Beck, CIC, CRM, is the Founder and Managing Director of Sherlock Insurance Group and the original founder and Managing Director of Brazos Marketplace. A native Oklahoman from Enid, Nathan attended Oklahoma State University, where he played collegiate tennis and earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a major in Finance and a minor in Spanish. He later studied global economics at the Universidad Politécnica de Valencia in Valencia, Spain.

Prior to entering the insurance industry, Nathan worked in both domestic and international financial markets, serving high-net-worth and institutional clients. After beginning his insurance career with State Farm, he founded Sherlock Insurance Group in 2010 to provide businesses and families with customized insurance and risk management solutions through the independent brokerage model.

Nathan later founded Brazos Marketplace to help employers address healthcare and risk financing challenges through innovative employee benefits, healthcare transparency, cost-containment strategies, and group captive solutions.

Nathan currently serves on the Board of Directors for Associated Risk Managers of Mid-America (ARM Mid-America) and previously served on the Board of Directors for the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors (NAIFA).

Ashley Tol is a bilingual insurance professional who specializes in helping individuals, families, and businesses navigate their insurance needs with confidence. Born in Guatemala and raised in the United States from an early age, Ashley is fluent in both English and Spanish, allowing her to effectively serve a diverse client base.

After relocating from Utah to Oklahoma in 2001, Ashley proudly embraced Oklahoma as home. With nearly a decade of experience in the insurance industry, she has worked with both captive and direct insurance carriers, developing extensive expertise in personal and commercial insurance solutions.

Ashley joined Sherlock Insurance Group because of its client-focused culture, commitment to professional development, and expertise in commercial insurance and risk management. She is passionate about educating clients, providing thoughtful guidance, and helping them make informed decisions to protect their families, businesses, and assets.

In addition to her insurance experience, Ashley has been actively involved in professional and community organizations throughout Oklahoma. She previously served as Vice President of the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP) Oklahoma City Chapter, Vice President of Business Network International (BNI), and as an Ambassador for the Oklahoma City Hispanic Chamber of Commerce. These leadership roles reflect her commitment to serving her community and building meaningful professional relationships.

Outside of work, Ashley enjoys spending time with her family, pursuing her faith, caring for animals, and traveling. She is dedicated to continuous learning and professional growth and takes pride in delivering exceptional service to both her clients and colleagues.
